Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement is between North Carolina Sustainable Entrepreneurs Group dba EntreDot (“EntreDot”) and users of this website (“you” or “user”).  EntreDot provides the content and services to you on www.entredot.com and its accompanying EntreDot Community website (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions.  EntreDot may periodically change these terms, so please check back from time to time.  Your use of the Site will mean you accept these terms. 

1. COPYRIGHTS. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, and the selection and arrangement of such content is the exclusive property of EntreDot or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. TRADEMARKS. The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on this Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of EntreDot and of EntreDot's licensors. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on this Site is strictly prohibited without the written agreement of EntreDot or its licensors as appropriate.

3. USE OF SITE. You may use or download material displayed on this Site for noncommercial, personal use only. If you download material, you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the materials. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, post, or otherwise use the content of this Site for public or commercial purposes without EntreDot’s written permission.

FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS. EntreDot does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Site, and any information or material sent to EntreDot will be deemed NOT confidential.  You agree that any and all information that you submit to the Site, including any and all survey responses and written comments, is the property of EntreDot and may be used by us for any purpose.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, there may be areas on this Site where we tell you that submitted information will be disclosed only on an anonymous basis, or where we may ask for your permission to disclose specific information.  The provisions of this Section 4 shall not apply to the extent they are inconsistent with such specific instructions.

5. DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY. 6. HYPERLINKS.  This Site contains links to other sites.  EntreDot makes no representations, warranties or endorsements with respect to any web site which may be accessed from this Site. It is your responsibility to read and adhere to the policies of such other sites.  When you access a non-EntreDot web site, please understand that EntreDot has no control over the content or information at that site.  In addition, a link to a non-EntreDot web site does not mean that EntreDot endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such web site. 

7. APPLICABLE LAW. Any dispute arising from these terms of use shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the State of North Carolina.

8. SITE SECURITY RULES.  Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation:

a.       accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or area which the user is not authorized to access;

b.      attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;

c.       attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Web Site, overloading , "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing";

d.      sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or

e.       forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

9.   UPDATING.  EntreDot takes no responsibility for updating information posted on the Site.
